The Board of Trustees of Sadguru Nithyananda Ashramam Trust handed over all the properties of the Ashramam to Sri Sankara Charitable Trust in April 2013.

In addition to the regular poojas , the Pratishta anniversary of Bhagavan Nithyanananda Swami is being celebrated annually under the guidance of Dr. Karumathra Vijayan Thanthri. In addition to the regular satsangas by Brahmachari Visuddha Chaithanya, who is working as the Karyadarsi, there are monthly classes by Swami Chidananda Puri and Swamini Sivananda Puri.
